Prado Museum
The Prado Museum is the main Spanish national art museum. It features one of the world's finest collections of European art, based on the former Spanish Royal Collection, and unquestionably the best single collection of Spanish art.
El Prado is one of the most visited sites in the world, and it is considered one of the greatest art museums in the world. The numerous works by Francisco de Goya, the single most extensively represented artist, as well as by Hieronymus Bosch, El Greco, Peter Paul Rubens, Titian, and Diego Velázquez, are some of the highlights of the collection.
It is one of the largest museums in Spain. The best-known work on display at the museum is Las Meninas by Velázquez. Velázquez and his keen eye and sensibility were also responsible for bringing much of the museum's fine collection of Italian masters to Spain, now the largest outside of Italy ( read more )

Free entrance to the Prado Museum
We will spend five days in Madrid to do a little sightseeing. I have seen that under 18 and people with disabilities do not pay for the entrance to the Prado Museum, but this is not the case, and for three adults the entrance fee is 45€. A little expensive for our budget.
Is there a day of the week with reduced prices or free entrance to the Prado Museum?

Re #0: Free entrance to the Prado Museum
